These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Woofly.in Doorstep Grooming Services mobile application (“App”) and website (“Platform”) provided by Woofly.in (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or booking through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.


1. Services Provided

  • Woofly.in connects pet parents (“Customers”) with professional pet groomers (“Groomers”) who provide grooming services for dogs and cats.

  • Grooming services are delivered at the customer’s doorstep using quality products and experienced professionals.


2. Booking and Payments

  • All appointments must be booked through the Woofly.in app or website.

  • Payments can be made after the grooming session via UPI, cash, or payment links provided by the Company.

  • In case of prepaid packages or promotions, refunds will only be considered in the event of a verifiable service-related issue reported within 2 days.


3. Grooming Sessions

  • Groomers are trained professionals who use top-brand grooming products.

  • Customers must provide a suitable space for grooming and basic essentials like a bucket and water.

  • Pet parents are expected to ensure the pet is calm and cooperative during the session. If the pet is unmanageable or aggressive, the groomer may cancel or stop the session for safety reasons.


4. Service Quality & Complaints

We strive to maintain high standards, but if you experience poor service, please contact us within 2 days of the session at:

We take all feedback seriously and will investigate each case thoroughly. Refunds or partial credits may be issued based on the severity and nature of the issue.


5. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage arising from services provided by third-party Groomers.

  • Pet parents are fully responsible for the behavior, health, and supervision of their pets during and after the grooming session.

  • Property damage or personal injuries during the session must be reported immediately and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time will incur a ₹200 cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to groomer availability and must be done at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may impact future booking privileges.


7. Termination of Access

  • Woofly.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or Platform at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, or repeated cancellations.

  • Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted under these Terms will immediately be revoked.


8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All customer and pet-related information shared with Woofly.in is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.


9. Modifications to Terms

Woofly.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
