These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Woofly.in Doorstep Grooming Services mobile application (“App”) provided by Woofly.in (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Services Provided

  • The App connects pet owners (“Customers”) with professional groomers (“Groomers”) who provide grooming services for cats and dogs.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Customers must book grooming sessions through the App.
  • Payment for grooming services can be made through the App after the grooming session has concluded.

3. Grooming Sessions

  • Grooming sessions are conducted by trained Groomers using top-brand products.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a suitable space for grooming, including a bucket and water.
  • Customers must ensure the safety and comfort of their pets during grooming sessions.

4. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the grooming services provided by Groomers.
  • Customers are responsible for the behavior and well-being of their pets during grooming sessions.

5. Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Termination

  • The Company may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for any reason without notice.
  • Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted under these Terms will terminate immediately.
